If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered online, you may return them completely free of charge, within 14 calendar days after delivery for online orders. For correct and fast processing of your return, ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Please send them together with the return form or a copy of the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned after the 14-day period or that are not in the same condition as when you received them. If you have lost the return label and are within the 14-day return period, you can send the item to us by using our DHL returns portal or DPD returns portal to return to our Sidestep or Foot Locker warehouse.
If you’ve passed the 14-day return period, unfortunately returns are not being accepted except for defective products. If you believe you have a defective product, please email us with your order number for a refund and a description of the defect. Items sent back after the 14-day returns period without contacting Customer Care for a defective product claim will not be refunded.
